I drove SEO campaigns that achieved a 600% traffic increase and standardized editorial processes, contributing to a market share exceeding 51% by January 2023.

 

My work includes optimizing workflows with AI, reducing publication timelines by 75%, and coaching 66 team members across editorial and customer-facing roles.

I edited 447 Salesforce Knowledge Base articles, optimized over 117 Enfamil.com articles, and crafted actionable copy for the rewards program, boosting conversions to 35% and generating over 50,000 contest entries in early 2023.

The Offpage Specialist role was initially intended to support executing offpage editorial campaigns, but I was quickly appointed to Editorial Team Lead where I managed SEO strategy and content execution for major accounts, including OneMain Financial and Mimecast, while contributing to campaigns for Humana, Northwestern Mutual, Prudential, Discover, and KPMG.

I brought in 5 freelance writers and worked with  3 in-house writers to build an editorial team that at its peak was producing over 50 articles monthly, streamlining workflows to accelerate delivery times by 40%. I authored 100+ off-page articles across finance, medical, cybersecurity, and insurance industries and standardized SEO briefs to align cross-functional teams.

 

My leadership and editorial pivots played a key role in securing a $1.2M contract with a cybersecurity client by enhancing their SEO and content strategy.
